Stranger Things star Natalia Dyer added to the Middle East Film & Comic Con 2018 lineup
Plus the annual cosplay competition gets a big-name judge

The Middle East Film & Comic Con is now less than a month away and we’ve already seen some stellar guests announced for this year.
Not content to stop there, organisers have revealed their latest headliner, and it’s a doozy. Fans of the award-winning Netflix hit Stranger Things will be able to get up close to actress Natalia Dyer, best known for her role as the feisty Nancy Wheeler from the popular ’80s sci-fi throwback.
One of the biggest attractions at MEFCC is the annual cosplay competition, which this year will be judged by international cosplay star Alodia Gosiengfiao.
Sponsored by Huawei, the competition has a grand prize of US$3000 up for grabs, with a new category dedicated solely to Marvel Studios to celebrate 10 years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Deadline for cosplay registration is 18 March.
