WIN an HTC U11 smartphone

HTC’s new squeeze-able phone could be yours

We all thought the Android flagship race was over this year, but HTC has come out with a phone that’s both desirable and innovative.

The handset itself looks gorgeous, with a reflective, mirror-like Liquid Surface finish which catches the light brilliantly at almost any angle. But it’s the new “squeeze gestures” that HTC is calling Edge Sense that really set the U11 apart, allowing you to gently press both sides of the phone to enable apps such as the camera or Google Now. It’s designed to make the phone feel more personal than buttons or a touch-screen and we can’t help but agree.

And if that wasn’t enough, this top-shelf flagship also sports a Snapdragon 835 processor from Qualcomm – the first of its kind to hit the Middle East – so it’s all kinds of speedy. Add in a 12MP snapper that’s been given the highest possible marks by the boffins at DXO and it seems that the smartphone world really saved the best for last.

And just because we (and HTC) love you, one lucky Stuff reader will walk away with a souped up 6GB/128GB version of the HTC U11 for their trouble.

HOW TO ENTER
