It’s baaaaack. The Middle East Film & Comic Con kicks off tomorrow and you can bet your underoos that we’re excited.

As we have for the last three years, Stuff is the official magazine of Comic Con which means we’ll be on site in a BIG way.

The doors of the Dubai World Trade Centre are poised to fly open at 2pm sharp on 6 April, and will be entertaining legions of pop-culture aficionados until they slam shut in the evening of 8 April. We’ll be there in full force with a dedicated Stuff stand – here’s a little taste of what we have in store.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK

Before you rush about the convention floor unprepared, be sure to swing by our stand and pick up a complementary copy of the April issue of Stuff.

Inside you’ll find a detailed field-guide of all the best bits of MEFCC 2027. That means everything from which celebrities you’ll be wanting to line up for to see to which of the awesome exhibitng artists you should definitely dig out your most prized comic books to bring along and have signed.

There’s also info on the very latest and greatest comic-related films, games and tech of 2017 so you can read up and make sure you’re hip to whatever the new showfloor hotness is.

STAND BY ME

This year we’ve partnered with both Shooting Stars and ASUS Republic of Gamers to give visitors to our stand the chance to get some hands on time with the upcoming Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3.

This first-person shooter lets you walk in the shoes of expert marksman and Marine Captain, Jon North as her tries to stave off a brewing proxy war between warring factions.

The game will be playable on the very latest hardware from ASUS’ Republic of Gamers line of awesome gaming laptops.
