Assassin’s Creed III available on October 30th

Assassin's Creed: Revelations sequel coming October 30

Ezio Auditore’s story may have been wrapped up in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, but that doesn’t mean the open-world game series is at an end, oh no.

The next instalment of Ubisoft’s historical adventure series will hit the shelves on October 30th, less than a year after the launch of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. It’s not a rush job, though – according to Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot, the game’s been in development for three years, and will be “the biggest launch in Ubisoft history.”

You’ll be flinging yourself across the rooftops in a new guise, too – according to Kotaku, the game will star a new protagonist.

We gave Assassin’s Creed: Revelations a five-star review, so we’re champing at the bit for the next incarnation of the series.
