RIM to launch Porsche Design BlackBerry [EXCLUSIVE]
We’ve just received a cheeky invitation from BlackBerry, announcing a collaboration between the message-friendly mobile and Porsche Design. What’s on the cards? We highly doubt it’s a BlackBerry-flavoured motor – so we’re betting on a Porsche Design BlackBerry, similar to this concept we saw earlier in the year.
If that’s anything to go by, the mysterious BlackBerry will look very much like the current Bold 9900, in layout at least. The keys have been angled – which is very Porsche Design – and we expect to see the same touchscreen and specs inside.
The event is scheduled for next week – in what promises to be quite the show. We’ll be live from the event, so stay tuned for more info.
What do you think? Would you be interested in an Porsche Design BlackBerry?

Strange culture in RIM, and self-destroy political environment. Will something like Porsche Design change it?
In RIM if you figure out problem and introduce efficient approach, both manager and his buddy group member will proof their wrong approach works.just like someone point out driving a car is right way, pushing a car is wrong way, then both manager and his buddy group member will hate you, and proof that 3 person can also move the car by pushing it. cheating email will be sent to some vice president, saying like: see, the car moving, pushing a car is a natural part of the process.
RIM is not system oriented company, just self-destruct small company buddy culture, with a fat body. it is very strange company culture and strange company political environment, it promote stealing and cheating skill. MRI’s management may be a typical instance in MBA course.
CEO may want the management better, but can’t reach the target because of the culture, like I said 3 years ago, RIM is old before really grow up.

[...] Stuff Middle East reports that RIM and Porsche Design are associating up for an event on Thursday (Oct. 27) that assures to expose an “exclusive collaboration” between the two companies. Photos of a funky-looking BlackBerry supposedly called the “Knight 9980” first surfaced back in September courtesy of a Chinese forum called MaxPDA. It does not resemble any other BlackBerry launched before: the Knight has a more angular steel frame than the typical BlackBerry. Disturbingly, it seems to have a much flatter keyboard. [...]
