Microsoft Kinect lands in the UAE
All the details about Microsoft’s Kinect are now out in the open – we know its price (US$190 or AED699 for the standalone unit), and all its specs, but up until now we didn’t know when it would be hitting our sunny shores. That’s changed, and you can expect Kinect units to hit store shelves on November 10th – plenty of time to stick it on your Christmas list.
The game will come bundled with Kinect Adventures, a Wii Sports style title with mini-games like white water rafting to replace the sports angle.
We also learned that Msoft’s new consoles will start shipping next week, available for you game-hungry fans for US$245 (4GB) or US$305 (250GB). Both the slims will now come with a connect option, giving you the new console, one controller and Kinect for US$380 (4GB) or US$450 (250GB).
But why pay for when, when you can get it for free, here?

Hi Khaled,
Microsoft tell us it should be releasing on the same date, November 10th, across the Middle East. So it should be in Saudi Arabia then.
