Wrist watch: Blancpain Le Brassus
Got your ski mask and getaway driver ready? Good, because you’ll be needing some serious cash if Blancpain’s latest watch tickles your fancy.
The Carrousel Répétition Minutes Le Brassus gives you a minute repeater with ‘cathedral gong striking mechanism’. To improve the watch’s ability to make chimes and sounds, the boffs at Blancpain actually stuck a cathedral-inspired sounding ring beneath the watch face, giving you superior sounds with volume and clarity. Very rare for a wrist-mounted machine of this calibre.
Its jewel-adorned insides are lovingly wrapped in a 45mm red gold case, with a brushed white gold chapter ring and gold-applied numberals (read: expensive).
But you’d better hurry your stick-up along if you want to get this watch, there’s only ten in the entire world and we reckon there’ll be a few billionaire’s looking to bag one.
